Stem is considered the main house. It has 1 full bed, 1 twin bed and 3 pull out couches to comfortably sleep 4. Our listing price includes 4 guests, with each additional guest up to 6 as an extra charge. The maximum guests permitted in the home is 6. We provide linens and towels. Please be aware this is a cottage so being mindful of the available beds to fit your personal needs is on you NOT us. We do not allow more than 6 guests at any time.
